Acne and fair sex are made for each other. There is no doubt on this reality. Yet acnes cannot be typically categorized as a female disease. Though pimples might not be a common experience on a young boy's face but right from the beginning of adulthood men face the problem of body acne. Acne gather around their chest, shoulders, back and buttocks and then on the face. The trouble in most cases takes an adverse shape and gives rise to acne scars on the skin.

Why in men does the acne problem takes a severe turn? You need not think for a while to sort out this answer. It is a very straight opinion that men are not beauty concern and hence they hardly give any time to take care of their skin. Just check out what they do as natural regimen to keep their skin clean.

The common scenario is more than ninety percent men take a bath and there they might use soap and shampoo and as external cosmetic use they will prefer deodorant or cologne. That's all! Topical care is minimum and male don't bother to use fairness creams and body lotions as such. Yes after-shave is something they are bound to use.

Another very bad habit in men is that they instantly prick the pimple as soon as they find them on their skin. And as a result this pimple turns into a scarring patch giving you an unpleasant look. There is nothing macho in it if you carry a number of scars on your skin. They only reflect your unhealthy attitude and unhygienic way of living.

For men to cope up with such situations there is no separate rule or formula. The general tenets of acne treatment have been designated for both the genders without any bar. Well in case of males the after-shape lotions they use must contain such components to stop the growth of acne. Shaving is one important thing that separates the mean from a woman. So in this regard the man has to be choosy in the usage of shaving cream and the after-shave lotion. They must be such that they don't leave any harsh impact on your skin.

Another big misconception is glow in the skin is just for the fair sex. It is not at all so. Look at the Hollywood stars, famous athletes and footballers and just find out what radiance they carry on the skin. Their skin treatment is a part of their fitness regimen and personality development. Then, why is it not yours?
